Go Tell It on the Mountain proclaimed the approaching holidays with Christmas Spirituals and reimagined contemporary carol arrangements with a distinctly American feel.  Spirituals included the sublime “Mary, Did You Know?” to the powerful “Jesus, What a Wonderful Child”.  Carols included “Angels We Have Heard On High”, “Little Town of Bethlehem”, “Cool Silent Night” and many others.  SMFC Bronze rang such tunes as “Away in a Manger” and “How Great Our Joy” and joined in consort with chorus and orchestra.  In the fall, we performed for the City of Taunton Mayor’s event Honor Our Military, and a beautiful acoustic version of the concert was presented at St. Thomas Aquinas in Bridgewater on the weekend prior to our main concert.
